What do you have that cannot be taken away? Actually, let's make a list. Why don't you start a new email message? Now, inside the body of the email, type your list of everything you have that cannot be taken away. How many can you think of?

Now put your own email address in the "To" line. Think of it as a little reminder that will be sitting in your inbox. You can also put our email address (lifetime@lifetime.org) in the "CC" box. We'd love to compile a list of these and share them with all of us (anonymously, of course).

Reminding yourself of the blessings in your life that can't be stolen away will encourage you and refocus your priorities onto what matters most.
