Who is He and Who am I?

GOD IS OMNISCIENT

"For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me,
Declaring the end from the beginning,
And from ancient times things which have not been done,
 Saying, 'My purpose will be established,
And I will accomplish all My good pleasure';
Isaiah 46:9b-10 (NAS)

Your eyes have seen my unformed substance;
And in Your book they were all written
The days that were ordained for me,
When as yet there was not one of them.
Psalm 139:16 (NAS)

GOD WANTS TO CARRY OUR BURDENS FOR US

Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
I Peter 5:7 (NAS)
Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you;
He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.
Psalm 55:22 (NAS)

HE IS ABLE TO KEEP WHAT WE GIVE HIM

… for I know whom I have believed and
I am convinced that He is able to guard what
I have entrusted to Him until that day.
II Timothy 1:12b (NAS)

My precious Jesus,
As I talk with You this morning I once again realize just who You are and just who I am. I can't share anything with You that You don't already know about'have known about since before the foundation of the world. [1] I can't tell You or ask You to do anything in my life because You know exactly what is now in my life and will be on the day I draw my last breath of earth air. You know exactly the same thing about all of my beloved family and all of the people for whom I am concerned. You know what is best for each of them. I don't want to change Your plan for them. That's the bottom line. All I can do is to express to You once again, my love, my loyalty, my commitment to You, and my deep desire to be all that You have planned for me to be.
            I cannot "pour out my heart to You." You know what is in my heart every second of the day and when I'm sleepless during the night. And I cannot "pour out my heart" because it causes deep emotional distress as I bring these things to the surface and this is not right. It makes me feel like the burden is mine once again and it is not! It is Yours! I have given my loved ones to You. I am trusting You with all of my todays and tomorrows, for all of my life and all of their lives.
            I enter Your throne room this morning to once again say to You, "I love You and I thank You for Your tender watch care over me and those that You have placed in my circle of loved ones."

So let us come boldly to the very throne of God
and stay there to receive His mercy and to find
grace to help us in our times of need.
Hebrews 4:16 (TLB)

. . . before the foundation of the world He chose us to become, in Christ,
His holy and blameless children living within His constant care.
Ephesians 1:4 (J.B. Phillips)
